What Happens When You Work With That Norfolk Admin?
Not sure what happens after you send that first message? Here's what working with That Norfolk Admin actually looks like, from getting in touch to handing over your admin.
Handing part of your business over to somebody else can feel like a big step.
Especially when you've been doing everything yourself.
You might know you need some help, but have absolutely no idea what happens after you send that first message.
So here's what working with That Norfolk Admin actually looks like.
Step 1: You get in touch
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly organised list of tasks.
You can absolutely say:
"I need help with my inbox."
But you can also say:
"My admin is getting on top of me and I don't really know where to start."
We'll start by looking at what's taking up your time and what kind of support you're looking for.
Step 2: We work out what you actually need
I don't want you paying me to do admin simply for the sake of outsourcing it.
We'll look at the tasks you have, what would genuinely be useful to hand over and how much support you're likely to need.
That might be ongoing administrative support, or it could be a particular piece of work or backlog you need help getting under control.
Step 3: We get the boring-but-important bits sorted
Before I start working with your business, we'll make sure everything is properly set up.
That includes agreeing the work I'll be carrying out, how we'll work together and putting the necessary paperwork in place.
If I need access to any of your systems to complete the agreed work, we'll also make sure that's handled appropriately.
It might not be the exciting bit, but it's important to me that you know how your business information is being handled.
Step 4: You hand over the agreed tasks
This is the bit that can feel strange at first.
You actually stop doing something yourself.
We'll agree what I'm responsible for, what information I need from you and how we'll communicate.
My aim is to make handing work over feel straightforward rather than giving you another thing to manage.
Step 5: I get on with it
Once everything is set up, I can get to work on the admin we've agreed.
You'll still know what's happening within your business, but you won't necessarily need to be the person physically doing every task.
And that's really the point.
You don't have to wait until you're completely overwhelmed
You don't need a full-time member of staff.
You don't need 20 hours of admin support every week.
And you don't have to wait until your inbox contains 3,000 emails and your desktop has disappeared underneath random files.
Virtual admin support can be flexible.
If there are jobs within your business that keep being pushed down the list, or you're simply spending too much of your limited time on admin, That Norfolk Admin might be able to help.
Get in touch and tell me what's currently taking up your time. We can start there.
